大学之道

今天，我看到美国TIME杂志一篇文章（中文，英文），讲到大学生的就业问题。

一个人力资源工作者说：“中国教育的基础价值观就是进入大学，毕业后找到份好的工作。”
(Education is such a bedrock value that "kids who really shouldn't even be in college go anyway, and then expect a good-paying job when they graduate," says the human-resources executive. )

在中国现代观念中，比受教育更受人重视的就是：赚钱！并且受教育程度直接影响挣钱多少。
(in a culture in which the only thing revered more than education is making money, the former is supposed to lead directly to the latter.)

就业问题，虽原因是多方面的，但基础教育、高等教育都难逃其咎。我们的大学，功利性太强，价值观单一，在这种模式，学生和老师大都没法做真正学问，有独立人格，影响着老师，特别是学生思想的成长。更可悲的是政治枷锁、愚民教育。
